Overview

Logistics Management System

We developed a Logistics Management System (LMS) to digitize and streamline logistics operations, including driver onboarding, consignee registration, vehicle management, and depot assignments. The platform provides a centralized web interface for Admins, Depot Managers, and Supervisors, ensuring secure, role-based access to logistics workflows. The system was designed to enhance efficiency, compliance, and accountability, with modules for driver registration, consignee management, vehicle tracking, consignment creation, and document validation.

Solution

We designed a modular web-based platform integrating the following features:

Driver Registration Module

Capture personal, professional, and license details with document uploads and vehicle assignments.

Consignee Module

Register consignees with business and compliance identifiers (PAN, GST, FSSAI) and link them to depots.

Consignment Module

Manage end-to-end consignments, including consignor/consignee data, vehicles, drivers, charges, invoices, and delivery instructions.

Vehicle Module

Maintain detailed transporter/vehicle master data, including compliance tracking (RC, fitness, insurance, permits, GPS).

Transporter Module

Store transporter profiles with type and operational data.

Status Tracking & Notifications

Real-time updates on driver/consignee activation, status changes, and alerts for Admins and Depot Managers.

Role-Based Access Control

Admin (full access), Depot Manager (depot-level management), Supervisor (view & reporting).
